Only seven listed securities saw price appreciation on Monday.
Of 379 issued traded on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), 364 declined, eight remained unchanged and seven advanced.
The seven securities which saw price appreciation are BDCOM Online, Tamijuddin Textile Mills, ADN Telecom, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Padma Oil Company, Robi Axiata and Prime Finance First Mutual Fund.
The market prices of these securities advanced ranging 0.56 per cent to 9.74 per cent on Monday.
The share price of BDCOM Online saw the highest price appreciation of 9.74 per cent and closed at Tk 25.90 each.
Of other gainers, the share price of Tamijuddin Textile Mills advanced 5.34 per cent or Tk 15.10 and closed at Tk 298.10 each.
The share price of ADN Telecom advanced 3.91 per cent and closed at Tk 61.10 each.
The share price of Dutch-Bangla Bank advanced 1.64 per cent or Tk 1.20 and closed at Tk 74.30 each.
The share price of Robi Axiata closed at Tk 35.50 each with a rise of 1.14 per cent or Tk 0.40.
Padma Oil Company saw a price appreciation of 1.03 per cent or Tk 2.10 and closed at Tk 205.60 each.
The price of Prime Finance First Mutual Fund advanced 0.56 per cent or Tk 0.1 to close at Tk 17.90 each.
