The board of directors of Legacy Footwear Limited has extended more than one month time to complete the remaining unfinished work to resume production.
The company’s production had been suspended since November 6, 2017 due to repairing of factories and maintenance of machineries and other civil works.
“With reference to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on November 5, regarding repairing of factories and maintenance of machineries and other civil works, the company has further informed that the board of the directors was satisfied at the progress of the work done so far,” said a disclosure posted on the Dhaka bourse website on Tuesday.
On November 5, the company informed that the production in the factory of the company will remain closed from November 06, 2017 to December 05, 2017 due to repairs and maintenance of machineries and other civil works.
Now, they have extended the time to complete the remaining unfinished work within January 10, 2018.
Legacy Footwear, a “Z” category company’s share, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 2000, closed at Tk 49.30 on Monday at DSE.
