Asia Insurance Limited will distribute the cash dividend warrants to the shareholders between 10:30 am to 5:00 pm from July 03 to July 05 for the year 2017 from the share department of the company's head office in the capital. The undelivered dividend warrants will be dispatched through courier service, according to CSE Online.
Earlier on May 14, the board of directors had recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017. The annual general meeting of the company approved the dividend on June 11.
The company reported EPS of Tk 1.77, NAV per share of Tk. 18.52 and NOCFPS of Tk 1.61 for the year ended on December 31, 2017.
