The board of directors of Ambee Pharmaceuticals has recommended 30 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.
The final approval of dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 27, 2018, said an official disclosure on Tuesday.
The record date for AGM is on December 04.
The company has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 3.44, net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk 25.68 and NOCFPS of Tk 7.76 for the year ended on June 30, 2018 as against Tk 3.02, Tk 25.24 and Tk 7.59 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
