Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza has won the toss and opted to bowl first against hosts England in their third match of the ICC World Cup 2019 at Cardiff.
England have brought back Liam Plunkett for Moeen Ali and Bangladesh team remains unchanged from their previous match.
