Host Sri Lanka have posted a commanding score of 159 for 7 wickets in stipulated 20 overs in the sixth match of Nidahas Trophy at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Friday.
Kushal Perera and Thisara Perera steered the team to the score making 61 runs and 58 runs respectively after accurate bowling by Mustafizur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan broke havoc into the Sri Lankan top order.
Mustafiz took 2 for 39 for while Shakib, Rubel, Mehidy and Soumya picked up one wicket each.
Earlier, Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan won the toss and elected to field.
The winning team will play India in the final on Sunday making this a potentially semi-final.
