Tigers resume innings, new target 151 off 16 overs

Bangladesh has resumed innings in their ICC World Cup Super-12 match against India after an interruption due to rain at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Wednesday.

As per, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the tigers get a revised target of 151 runs in 16 overs.

Before the rain, the Tigers scored 66 runs in seven overs without losing any wicket. Now, they need 85 runs off nine overs to win the match to stay alive in the semi-final race of the World Cup.

Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan won the toss and asked India to bat first in their crucial game. India scored 184 runs losing six wickets from their stipulated 20 overs.

In reply, Bangladesh scored 66 without losing any wicket after seven overs, when rain stopped the match.
