The national team pace-bowler Taskin Ahmed is happy with the progress of his recovery from injury, reports UNB.
The right-arm pacer had twisted his right ankle during the last outing of his team Sylhet Sixers in the recently concluded Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) on February 1. Since then, he has been recovering from the injury.
Taskin was initially named in both the ODI and Test squad for the New Zealand tour, after performing well in the initial stages of the BPL. But now, Taskin is hopeful to make a comeback during the Super League stage of Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League (DPDCL).
