Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Wednesday said that the New Zealand cricket team will visit Bangladesh later this month to play a five-match T20I series.
The Blackcaps will arrive in Dhaka on August 24, and the first match of the series will take place on September 1 while the other matches will be played on September 3, 5, 8 and 10, reports UNB citing BCB.
Like the ongoing home series against Australia, all the matches of the New Zealand series will take place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
England were also scheduled to tour Bangladesh for a three-match ODIs and T20Is in September-October. But the series has been rescheduled to March 2023.
Bangladesh are currently taking on Australia in the five-match T20 series. The hosts won the first match by 23 runs— which was Bangladesh’s maiden victory over the Aussies in T20Is.
