Bangladesh clinched the title of the inaugural edition of SAFF Under-15 Women's Championship beating India on Sunday.
The hosts were earlier leading India 1-0 at the end of the first half of Sunday's match at Birshreshtha Shaheed Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur of Dhaka.
Shamsunnahar's 41st minute strike proved decisive in the final, with around five thousand spectators enjoying the match at the stadium.
According to bdnews24, Bangladesh remained unbeaten throughout the tournament.
After crushing Nepal 6-0 in their first match, the girls beat Bhutan 3-0 and India 3-0 in the run up to the finals.
