Zanendra Nath Sarker made Petrobangla chairman

Zanendra Nath Sarker, an additional secretary at the Ministry of Industries, was appointed as chairman of Petrobangla, the state-owned oil, gas and minerals corporation.

Zanendra, an admin cadre service officer, will replace Nazmul Ahsan who was recently made the secretary of the Ministry of Water Resources, reports UNB.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued an order in this regard on January 1, saying that the appointment will be effective immediately.
