Wärtsilä recently celebrated 20 years of close partnership and development of the energy scene in Bangladesh, said a statement.
Wärtsilä, a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the energy and marine markets, has played an essential part in the country’s journey towards getting everyone under the national grid.
This grand celebration was graced by Jaakko Eskola, President and CEO of Wärtsilä Corporation, Javier Cavada Camino, President of Energy Solutions at Wärtsilä Corporation and many other guests at a gala dinner held at a city hotel.
Mr Eskola thanked business partners and all stakeholders, reiterating the company’s commitment to Bangladesh.
