Vroom Services Limited (Vroom) have launched Vroom Membership Card for all vehicle related services through mobile app (Vroom App) and 24/7 Vroom Call Center.
The service is the first of its kind exclusively for vehicle owners in Bangladesh.
The card was launched at a press conference held in a city hotel Tuesday, said a statement.
Vroom Services Limited Managing Director Syed Ahsan Habib spoke at the function among others.
Ali Reza Iftekhar, Managing Director and CEO of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) was the Chief Guest.

The vroom card members will get access to a network of top class vehicle workshops, service centers and fuel stations countrywide. Card members can also get home service for vehicle management, emergency roadside assistance and many other benefits.
Vroom is also going to offer App-based shop and insurance purchase facility for the members.
VROOM Services Limited has been incorporated in June 2017 with a view to provide absolute vehicle care solution. It has an organized network of quality car service-centers all over Dhaka city. They are also providing top-notch service for domestic repairs by emphasizing on timely response, service quality and cost.
In this platform, customers can easily select the nearest service-center by using Vroom Mobile App along with a 24/7 call center which will help members to get Service-Centers’ list with details of services .
