US-Bangla Airlines, one of the major private carriers of Bangladesh, has added a 76-seater DASH 8-Q400 aircraft to its fleet.
Imran Asif, CEO of US-Bangla Airlines, received the aircraft on Tuesday morning at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
The company has planned to increase its domestic and regional flights with the new aircraft, reports BSS.
With adding of the new aircraft, the number of passenger planes of the leading premium airline of the country stands at eight- four Boeing 737-800 and four Dash 8-Q400 aircraft.
Currently, US-Bangla Airlines operates domestic flights from Dhaka to Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Jessore, Sylhet, Saidpur, Rajshahi, Barisal and international flights to Kolkata, Kathmandu, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Doha and Muscat.
