Two domestic flights of different airlines have failed to meet their departure schedules at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka on Friday.
A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines was scheduled to depart for Barisal at 8:00am but it departed at 9:44am, according to sources at Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB).
Besides, another flight of Novoair left the airport for Chattogram at 8:08am, which was set for 7:30am-departure, the sources added.
However, 14 other local flights left the Dhaka airport for different destinations without any delay.
