Two domestic flights of different airlines have failed to meet their departure schedules at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) on Thursday.
A flight of Novoair was scheduled to depart the airport for Saidpur at 9:30am, but it took off at 9:47am, according to sources at Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB).
Another flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines made 23 minutes delay to depart Dhaka airport for Sylhet, the sources added.
However, other 14 local flights left the airport for different destinations without making any delay, the CAAB also said.
