Global tech companies are going to sponsor tickets worth around Tk 1.7 billion for Bangladeshi students in the World Marketing Summit 2022.
Microsoft, Amazon and Google are among the tech giants that are sponsoring tickets for two million Bangladeshi students, according to speakers at a press meet.
Professor Dr Abu Yousuf Md Abdullah, chairman of Northern Education Group, informed this in the programme held at Bangladesh Institute of International Higher Studies yesterday (Monday), said a press release.
“Philip Kotler, the guru of marketing, will inaugurate the WMS 2022 scheduled to take place on November 6-7 this year”, he said.
WMS, headed by Professor Philip Kotler, has been organising marketing events in many countries since 2010.
“The main objective of the summit is to disseminate marketing ideas throughout the world, develop awareness and impart knowledge of modern marketing, grow businesses, and develop health and environment,” Professor Abdullah added.
Northern University Bangladesh, along with Kotler Impact Cooperative, will publish an essential modern marketing book and establish Kotler Business School, he informed, adding Kotler Impact and Northern Education Group have signed an agreement in this regard.
