Real estate company Sheltech is organising a fair at Sheltech Bithika in Dhaka’s Mirpur from January 17 to January 19, putting the country’s first, fully completed and ready condominium’s flats up for sale.
Clients booking during this time will get a special discount of Tk 0.3 million or a 12-month installment facility for the ready flats, according to a press release.
The construction of Sheltech Bithika was completed in December last year.
With 184 apartments, 12 commercial spaces, and an abundance of community facilities, built on a land area of 68 katha, the condominium is also the largest venture undertaken by the realtor in its 31 years.
The condominium was tailored for giving middle class families not only a home but also an entire community to solve the present urban challenges in Dhaka city.
It boasts an impressive fitness centre with two separate gymnasiums for male and female, a large heated swimming pool, as well as locker rooms and changing facilities.
A beautiful children’s play area with a continuous jogging track around the project is also available to encourage children to play outside and to give adults a respite from the concrete jungle of the city.
The most impressive is the community space designed to fit over 200 people with an attached kitchen, conference centre and a prayer room overlooking the mosque.
