Saeda Khanam, Additional Director at the Department of Communications and Publications of Bangladesh Bank, has been promoted to Director (ex cadre-publications).
A central bank statement said the promotion was made on Sunday.
Saeda Khanam joined the central bank as an assistant director in 2000.
She obtained her post-graduate degree in mass communications and journalism from Dhaka University and later completed MBA.
She started off her career as a human resources development trainer at a development organisation in 1996 and later joined the State Bank of India.
