Digital services provider Robi has entered into a strategic partnership with Singer Bangladesh with an aim to provide customers visiting Singer’s retail outlets with digital services of Robi and Airtel.
Under the deal, Singer customers will be able to enjoy Robi and Airtel top up service at Singer retail points all over the country, said a press statement.
This strategic partnership will also allow the customers visiting outlets pay electricity bills of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited (DESCO), Chattogram WASA and West Zone Power Distribution Company Limited (WZPDCL) through Robi’s own digital payment service RobiCash.
Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Commercial Officer of Robi and M H M Fairoz, Managing Director and CEO of Singer Bangladesh recently launched these services at Singer Bangladesh’s Corporate Office located in Gulshan in the capital.
Robi is set to add more services to its service portfolio soon for ensuring customer convenience, the release added.
Md Didarul Hassan Siddique, Robi’s Sales Operation’s Vice President and Singer Bangladesh’s Marketing Director, Vajira Tennakoon attended the function along with other officials from both the organisations.
