Monstarlab Enterprise Solutions (MLES) has appointed Rashiduzzaman Khan Dipto as its managing director.
Mr Khan was instrumental in establishing MLES which provides business process outsourcing services to clients from different industries. He served as deputy managing director when the company was founded in January 2022, said a media release.
"Dipto has extensive expertise and experiences in strategic and financial planning, control, auditing and workforce management gained from stints in large organisations and fast-paced startups," said MLES' outgoing Managing Director, Kazuki Nakayama.
"With his appointment, we will be able to strengthen MLES' focus on operational excellence and efficiency to thus serve more clients across the world, especially those from emerging businesses and small-to-medium enterprises."
Mr Khan also heads the Global Financial Shared Service Center of Monstarlab Holdings, Inc - MLES' parent company. Monstarlab Holdings is a digital consultancy firm that has leveraged talents in 30 cities worldwide since February 2021.
Khan is an alumnus of North South University, the release added.
