The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd was held recently at Institution of Diploma Engineers Dhaka.
The AGM approved 16 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2017. Chairman of the company Mohammed Shoeb presided over. Directors Deen Mohammad, Managing Director & CEO Mr Md Jamirul Islam attended, among others, said a statement.
