Outstanding of treasury bonds, held by the non-resident investors, declined to Tk 230 million at the end of February this year.
The latest statistics of the central bank also showed that the value of outstanding treasury bonds, held by the non-resident investors, was also Tk 230 million at the end of December 2017.
It appears that non-resident investors have lost their interest for the Bangladeshi treasury bonds.
Central bank data also showed that, holding of outstanding t-bonds had been stagnant at Tk 430 million till November last.
In the later month it dropped to Tk 230 million and remained unchanged till February this year.
