NRB Commercial Bank Limited launched its 76th Branch at Loknath Bhaban (2nd floor), 89 Shari Potti, Bhanga Bazar, Bhanga, Faridpur on Thursday.
Chairman of the bank Mr SM Parvez Tamal presided over the inaugural ceremony, according to a press release.
Mr. Mujibur Rahman Chowdhury Nixon, member of the parliament Faridpur-4 (Bhanga-Sadarpur-Charbhadrashon) inaugurated the branch as chief guest.
Bhanga Upazilla Parishad Chairman Mr. S M Habibur Rahman, General Secretary Mr. Faizur Rahman, A S P Bhanga Circle Mr. Robiul Islam present on the occasion as special guests.
Mr Chowdhury urged the NRBC Bank authority to provide technology based banking services to the door steps of clients.
He said, Bhanga will be role model of the development of southern and western parts of the country and asked cooperation of all to this end.
