The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCCB Securities and Financial Services Limited was held at its head office recently.
Md Amirul Islam FCA, FCS, Chairman of NCCB Securities and Financial Services Limited, presided over the meeting while Md Nurun Newaz Salim, Chairman of NCC Bank was present as Shareholder Director of NCCBSFSL.
Yakub Ali Montu, S M Abu Mohsin, Md Abul Bashar and Khairul Alam Chaklader were present as Nominee Directors of NCCBSFSL and Amjadul Ferdous Chowdhury, Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz and K M A Haroon, Directors of the bank also attended the meeting on Tuesday last, according to a media release received today (Saturday).
Besides, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of NCC Bank and Mohammed Mizanur Rahman FCA, CEO (C C) of NCCBSFSL and CFO of NCC Bank were also present.
The Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2018 along with the Directors and Auditors report placed before were duly approved at the AGM.
