NCC Bank has recently organised a day long workshop titled ‘Foreign Remittance Payment System and AML & CFT Compliance’ for the Officers of Ansar-VDP Unnayan Bank.
Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir, Deputy Managing Director of NCC Bank inaugurated the workshop at the bank’s training institute on Sunday, said a press release.
Md Mahabbt Ullah, GM of Administration Division and Abdullah-Hel-Kafi, AGM of Accounts Division of Anasar-VDP Unnayan Bank were present on the occasion as special guests.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest Nayeemul Kabir said this sort of workshop will create positive impact on augmenting foreign remittance through proper banking channel and distributing remittance among the beneficiaries safely, promptly and conveniently complying with all regulatory requirements.
A total of 40 Officers of Ansar-VDP Unnayan Bank participated in the workshop, said the release.
Md Mahfuzur Rahman, VP, also the Head of Remittance and NRB Services along with Jagadish Chandra Debnath, Principal of the training institute of NCC Bank attended the workshop as resources person.
