The National Vegetable Fair 2022 will kick off on February 28 aiming to ensure safe vegetable production for sound health.
‘Producing safe vegetables to ensure good health and nutrition around the year' is the theme of this year’s vegetable fair.
It will take place at the Krishibid Institute Bangladesh (KIB) in the capital’s Farmgate area, according to the agriculture ministry steering committee meeting held on Thursday.
Agriculture Minister Dr Muhammad Abdur Razzaq and Agriculture Secretary Md Sayedul Islam, among others, were present at the meeting.
A total of 47 government and private sector organisations will take part in the exhibition.
