Nagad, the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office, has opened 11 more 'Nagad Sheba' points across Bangladesh.
With the opening of these service centres, Nagad services are now available in 45 locations across the country, said a press release.
The new service centres were set up in the head post offices of Dinajpur, Jhenaidah, Brahmanbaria, Feni, Bhola, Patuakhali, Netrakona, Sirajganj, Narsingdi, Rangamati, and Chandpur districts.
Commenting on the launching of new service centres, Shihab Uddin Chowdhury, Chief Sales Officer at Nagad, said, "Nagad continuously strives to make customers’ experience simpler. This endeavour has yielded a variety of digital services so far. Now, users can access all services, including account opening, from the comfort of their homes. Nonetheless, we are increasing the number of our physical customer service centres through which we want all our customers to have access to Nagad.”
‘Nagad Sheba’ points are open from 8:00am to 3:00pm every day. In addition, Nagad head office provides customer services from 9:00am to 4:00pm, the statement added.
