Metrocem Cement Limited arranged "Team Magnificent: Annual Sales Conference 2020" at Emmanuelle's Banquet Hall in the city on Saturday.
The motto of the programme was "Let's Make Magic Happen".
Md Shahidullah, Managing Director, and Nilufar Yesmin, Chairman of Metrocem Group, attended the programme.
Md Ataur Rahman, deputy managing director, Md RafiqUllah, director, Khandker Ataur Rahman Rifat, group CMO, and Md Arif-Ul-Alam, DGM, Sales & Marketing, also attended the function.
All sales team leaders from different zones presented their previous and this year's sales records and set the target for the year 2021.
Amid the coronavirus crisis, high officials of the company exchanged their thoughts and experience, according to a statement.
The conference made the sales team motivated to achieve the target for the year 2020-21. A special award-giving ceremony was held to recognise the outstanding performers by giving crests and awards in different categories for the year 2019-20.
The function successfully concluded with lunch and cultural events.
