The High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives to Bangladesh Her Excellency Shiruzimath Sameer paid a courtesy visit to UCEP Bangladesh in Mirpur yesterday.
UCEP Chairperson Parveen Mahmud and other top officials of the organisation welcomed her at the UCEP Head Office, said a press release.
Ms Sameer visited various trades at the UCEP campus on the day.
During a discussion with the UCEP officials, she said Maldives is keen to collaborate with UCEP for workforce development.
Ms Sammer also discussed other windows of opportunities with the UCEP officials, the statement added.
