Luna Shamsuddoha joined Janata Bank Limited as Chairman on Wednesday. She was a member of the Board of the Bank since June 2016.
Shamsuddoha is a software entrepreneur, Chairman of Dohatec New Media since 1992 and Managing Director of Global Voice Telecommunications Ltd, said a media release.
Dohatec was involved in the development of Voter enrolment solution in 2007-2008.
Her firm developed several e-Governance Project and also developed the electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System.
She has Masters in International Relations and started working as lecturer at the Institute of Modern Language at Dhaka University.
