Janata Bank Limited has arranged its 11th annual general meeting (AGM) at its board room in the capital city.
The AGM approved confirmation of the minutes of the 10th annual general meeting, audited financial report of 2017, and appointments of auditors for 2018 including other relevant matters.
Luna Shamsuddoha, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting held on Monday, said a media release.
Government’s representative Md. Fazlul Haque, Additional Secretary, bank and financial institutions division, Directors of Janata Bank Ltd Manik Chandra Dey, Khondker Sabera Islam, Md. Mofazzal Husain, Masih Malik Chowdhury, FCA, A.K. Fazlul Ahad, Selima Ahmad , Mohammad Abul Kashem, Md Abdul Haque, CEO & Managing Director Md. Abdus Salam Azad, DMDs of the bank Md. Ismail Hossain, Mohammad Fakrul Alam, Md. Zikrul Hoque, Md Tajul Islam, Company Secretary Hussain Yeahyea CHowdhury, GM & CFO Md. Nurul Alam FCA,FCMA and all General Manger were also present on the occasion.
