The 20th meeting of Risk Management Committee (RMC) of the Board of Directors of Jamuna Bank Limited was held at Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Md. Sirajul Islam Varosha, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Director of the Bank.
Among others, Robin Razon Sakhawat, Director, Md. Belal Hossain, Director, Md. Mahmudul Hoque, Director and Shafiqul Alam, Managing Director & CEO, Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, Additional Managing Director were present in the meeting.
Bank’s Capital Adequacy, Risk Management Report including Stress Testing and main risk related issues & measures taken by the Management to mitigate risks were discussed in the meeting.
