Int’l trade shows start in Dhaka Jan 17

Four days of as many international trade shows will kick off in Dhaka city on January 17 with participation of nearly 510 companies from more than 24 countries.

The shows - 18th edition of GARMENTECH Bangladesh 2019, 10th edition of International Yarn and Fabrics Sourcing Fair 2019, 10th edition of GAP Expo 2019 and second edition of Bangladesh Printing &Packaging  Expo 2019 - will be held under a common platform at the International Convention Centre Bashundhara, organisers told a press conference at a city hotel on Monday.

Bangladesh Garment Accessories and Packaging Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGAPMEA), Zakaria Trade and Fair International and ASK Trade and Exhibitions Pvt Ltd) are organising the shows.

BGAPMEA president Abdul Kader Khan, and Tipu Sultan Bhuyian, CEO, Zakaria Trade and Fair International, were present during the announcement.

The international trade shows, which will remain open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm every day, will end on January 20.
