Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) has arranged a workshop on Shariah-based banking in the capital aiming to improve knowledge on the system for its employees.
Shibbir Mahmud, Chairman of the board of directors of IFIL, inaugurated the workshop today (Saturday) held at the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB).
A Z M Saleh, managing director and CEO of IFIL, Maulana Shaykh Kamaluddin Jafree, Chairman of Central Shariah Board for Islamic Banks of Bangladesh, spoke on the occasion.
More than 100 executives from the company’s head office and local offices attended the event.
