The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) has organised a Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) programme on ‘Accounting for Sustainability-an update’ at Agrabad area of Chittagong, recently.
Golam Kibria FCMA, Chairman of Chittagong branch council of ICMAB, presided over the programme.
Prof Dr Md Salim Uddin FCA, FCMA, was also present in the function, according to a press release.
Prof Ataur Rahman Belal PhD, FCA, FCCA, FCMA delivered the key note paper in the programme.
Chittagong branch council of ICMAB arranged the dialogue where paper presenter described about the sustainability of the business in the rapidly changing world.
The presenter also discussed about how professional cost and management accountants can plays vital role in this regards.
A large numbers of Fellow & Associate members of ICMAB & students of Chittagong branch also joined in the function.
