A delegation of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) called on Md Shafiqur Rahman Patwari, chairman of Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority (IDRA) at his office on Thursday.
Mohammed Salim, FCMA, president of the ICMBA, lead the delegation team, said a media release.
The ICMBA President updated the IDRA Chairman about the overall affairs of the institute, particularly about the development issues of the CMA profession.
He also sought help of the chairman for further development of ICMAB. The IDRA chief assured him to provide all out support and assistance to the insurance development and regulatory authority.
Former President M Abul Kalam Mazumdar, FCMA, and Executive Director Md. Mahbub Ul Alam, FCMA, among others of the institute, were present on the occasion.
