Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has recently achieved the "Strongest Retail Bank in Bangladesh 2018' award conferred by United Kingdom-based financial intelligence house Cambridge IF Analytica.
Md Mahbub ul Alam, Managing Director and CEO of the bank, received the award from Shahid Malik, Former British Minister and Chairman of Global Cooperation and Development Partnerships, at a programme on Wednesday.
The programme was held at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai of United Arab Emirates (UAE) where Dr Sofiza Azmi, CEO of Cambridge IFA was present, reports UNB.
