Sonatala Branch (Bogura) of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited organised a cash waqf certificate distribution programme and client get together on the branch premises recently.
Dr. Md. Zillur Rahman, Chairman, Audit Committee of the bank attended the programme as the chief guest.
Presided over by Md. Motiar Rahman, Executive Vice President and Head of Bogra Zone, Md. Shafiqur Alam, UNO, Irina Mousumi, Upazila Fisheries Officer and Zahangir Alam Akanda (Nannu), Sonatala Poura Mayor attended the event as special guests.
Md. Altaf Hossain, Head of Sonatala Branch, local businesspersons, professionals and social elites were present in the programme, said a statement.
