The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), in association with China Construction Bank (Asia) as the title sponsor, is set to organise the largest ever Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival next month.
Marking its 10th anniversary, the CCB (Asia) Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2018 will be held from 25th to 28th October, says a Media OutReach forwarded statement on Wednesday.
This year's festival will feature 450 booths, covering an area 20 per cent larger than last year in extending from the Central Harbourfront Event Space to Tamar Park of Hong Kong city.
The HKTB will infuse various fun elements into the four-day wine and dine party for locals and visitors alike.
Five visiting Michelin-starred chefs will prepare a top-notch banquet of eight courses, fusing Chinese, Thai, and French elements.
Popular tastes, including Jiu-Wu Beef Noodle from Taiwan and other local delicacies from regions like Korea, Europe, Latin America, will be offered in the International Street Eats zone.
The Coffee Fiesta zone will gather some of the most famous coffee and pastry shops in the city, guaranteeing event participants some wonderful delicacies.
Along with music performances, there will also be game sessions every day, with prizes including air tickets, wines, gourmet food, valued at over $1 million.
