Guardian Life Insurance has introduced the first-ever mobile app ‘My Guardian’ in the insurance industry, aiming to provide comprehensive digital insurance services to the customers.
Shafiqur Rahman Patwary, Chairman of Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA), inaugurated the launching ceremony held at the National Press Club in the city as chief guest on Tuesday.
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Guardian Life M M Monirul Alam chaired the event while Managing Director of Square Pharmaceutical Tapan Chowdhury was present as the guest of honour at the function.
Through this app, existing customers of Guardian Life can avail various services including premium payment, transactions monitoring, policy information, premium calculation, value added services, claim submission, claim tracking and so on.
