Green Delta Insurance Company Limited and Bank Asia recently signed a MoU at the Green Delta Insurance head office.
Under the agreement, Green Delta Insurance will cover the farmers' credit linked for agricultural production,who are associated with Bank Asia's Farmers Center.
Farzana Chowdhury, Chartered Insurer, ACII (UK), Managing Director & CEO of Green Delta Insurance and Md. Arfan Ali, President & Managing Director of Bank Asia signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. High officials of both the companies were also present at the signing ceremony.
As a result of this agreement,Green Delta's agricultural insurance policy will directly cover the credit of marginal farmers associated with Bank Asia's Farmers Center, said a statement.
