First Security Islami Bank Limited (FSIBL) has recently signed an agreement with a2i (Access to Information programme of the Prime Minister’s office) for collecting utility bills through FSIBL Mobile Banking “FirstPay SureCash” and FSIBL i-Banking, using the EkPay Payment Portal.
EkPay is a project of a2i under ICT Ministry that provides a single point payment platform for customers.
Syed Waseque Md Ali, Managing Director of FSIBL, and Md Mustafizur Rahman, PAA, Additional Secretary and Project Director of a2i signed the agreement on behalf of their respective side, according to a media release received today (Thursday).
Md Mustafa Khair, Deputy Managing Director of FSIBL, Ali Nahid Khan, SVP and Head, Md Faridur Rahman Jalal, VP, Alternative Delivery Channel Division, ABM Arshad Hossain, Additional Secretary, ICTD, Tohurul Hasan, Programme Manager of a2i and Shahadat Hossain, National Consultant of a2i, along with other officials of both the organisations attended the signing ceremony.
