The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) has organised a preparatory meeting ahead of the International Youth Summit.
The apex trade body will hold the youth summit to bridge the young entrepreneurs from home and abroad, said a media release.
FBCCI Standing Committee, relating to the ministry of youth and sports, held the meeting at its board room in the capital on Saturday.
The summit will help the youth community to work together for the betterment of the community and the society as well, the committee said.
They emphasised on having play ground in each school and colleges of the country for healthy growth of the youths, the speakers added.
These play ground will also help to bring the derailed youths to right track, they said at the meeting.
The standing committee also discussed on establishment of an institute for necessary guideline and sports assistance for the youths.
Khabir Uddin Ahmed, chairman of the committee, presided over the meeting.
Amzad Hossain, director in- charge of the committee, FBCCI Senior Vice President Sheikh Fazle Fahim, and members of the committee, were also attended the meeting.
