Evaly brings 'Priority Store' in customer Service

The local e-commerce marketplace Evaly.com.bd has come up with 'Priority Store' to provide better and faster service to the customers. Customers will receive 'reward points' for making general purchases under this service. Customers will also get fast delivery of products and other services in 24 hours on a priority basis, according to a statement.

According to the company's public relations department, the 'Priority Store' will commence operations from Saturday (June 05). 

Mohammad Rassel, chief executive and managing director of the company, said: “We frequently offer things such as cyclone, but this time customers will receive reward points for ordinary purchases made at the 'Priority Store’. By accumulating reward points in this manner, they would become members of priority clubs in several categories. Priority Club members will receive delivery of their ordered products within 24 hours inside Dhaka and within 72 hours outside Dhaka.” 

On behalf of Evaly, it is said that all preparations have already been made to serve the customers through ‘Priority Store’.

Mohammad Rassel added, “To deliver such exceptional service to the clients, an adequate stock of products would be ensured. We have prepared our own central warehouse of around 20,000 square feet. We will do this by executing tripartite agreements with all parties involved in the delivery of the goods to the client, such as logistics and suppliers. Evaly is moving towards the goal of becoming a sustainable e-commerce platform that will be the center of profitable and more investment friendly venture.”
