A delegation from Economic Relations Division (ERD) from Finance Ministry & GIZ led by Dr. Nahid Rashid, Additional Secretary, and Wing Chief (Europe), ERD recently visited LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited (LHBL) corporate office in Dhaka.
Arif Bhuiyan, Procurement & Logistics Director of LHBL welcomed them at the office.
The delegation had a brief discussion and overview on the Geocycle Project which was largely centred on the successfully initiated Sustainable Integrated Sludge Management (SISM) in collaboration with the DoE and GIZ. Hasnat Noor Chowdhury, business development manager (Geocycle) along with other high officials from LHBL were also present during the discussion.
