Emirates to resume daily flight to Istanbul

Emirates has announced it will resume its operations to Istanbul from December 21.

Flights to/from Istanbul will operate once daily by the Boeing 777- 300ER. The addition of Istanbul expands Emirates’ European network to 31 destinations, according to a media release.

In tandem with the gradual return of travel confidence and demand, Emirates continues to rebuild its network. The airline is implementing strict health and hygiene measures across all of Emirates’ touchpoints, even as the airline brings back its signature products and services onboard and on ground.

Dubai is now open for international business and leisure visitors. It was one of the world's first cities to obtain Safe Travels stamp from the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC).

The airline is offering flexible booking policies for customers. Customers, who purchase an Emirates ticket for travel on or before June 30, 2021 can enjoy generous rebooking terms and options, if they have to change their travel plans. Customers have options to change their travel dates or extend their ticket validity for two years.

As the first airline Emirates offers multi-risk travel insurance and COVID-19 cover for its customers. This cover is applicable for all tickets purchased on or from December 01, 2020, at no cost to customers.

Emirates now operates twice daily to and from Dhaka and via Dubai.

It offers convenient connections for travel to nearly 100 cities across the globe.
