eGeneration Ltd, one of the leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies in Bangladesh and International Office Machines (IOM), a leading communication technology company and sole distributor of Toshiba, NEC, Zebra Technologies recently signed an agreement which will allow eGeneration to provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to IOM.
eGeneration is providing CRM solution to IOM since 2005. Under the new agreement eGeneration will futher enhance the solutions and continue providing maintenance and support services for next three years tenure. CRM is a service that covers a broad set of activities designed to help businesses manage many of the following business processes: customer data, customer interaction, access business information and automate sales.
Shameem Ahsan, Chairman of eGeneration Group, SM Ashraful Islam, Vice Chairman of eGeneration Group, Mr.Rezaul Karim, Director of IOM and high officials of both the companies were present during the signing ceremony, said a statement.
