Eastland Insurance had its first quarter business review meeting with its senior executives and branch in-charges in Dhaka city recently.
Mahbubur Rahman, chairman of the insurance company, presided over the March 30-31 meeting at its head office.
Kamal Uddin Ahmed, Alhaj Mohd Arshad Ali and A S M Quasem, among the company’s board of directors, were present.
Mr Rahman in his speech expressed satisfaction on the overall performance of the company during the first three months of this year.
He called upon the participants to face the challenge ahead and maintain the trend of growth.
Earlier, CEO Arun Kumar Saha evaluated branch-wise performance of the company during the period under reference.
The directors present also spoke on the occasion.
The meeting was rounded off with a vote of thanks to the participants by Ghulam Rahman, executive vice chairman of the company.
