Drooto, a web and app-based on-demand service platform that aims to provide technical repairing and installation services, has launched its operation in Bangladesh recently.
The app was officially launched by Managing Director of Best Electronics Mr. Syed Asaduzzaman and Senior Service Engineer of Sharp Singapore Mr. Koh Seow Kern at a ceremony on Tuesday at Zaman Group’s corporate head office.
Among others, Mr. Syed Tahmid Zaman Rashik, Managing Director of Drooto and Mr. Syed Ashhab Zaman Rafid, Director of Best Electronics were also present during the official launch.
Drooto App is now officially ready to be downloaded from the Google Play Store and it will be available for iOS users as well in few weeks.
Users have to first download the app and then use the mobile platform to book an appointment to get quick service from Drooto.
Drooto Support Team will get in touch with the user for booking and provide immediate technical service within a very short time.
Drooto currently operates in over 10 major cities in Bangladesh including Dhaka, Tongi, Sirajganj, Bogra, Rangpur, Pabna, Jhenaidah, Khulna, Barisal and Feni, said a press release.
At present, Drooto has more than 115 technicians at its more than 13 centres to provide on-demand services to a consumer within 3 days.
